You are invited to an afternoon tea on Saturday 18 June to hear Pam Lake talk about the devastating results of increasing leprosy in Papua New Guinea.
Australian has always had a commitment to our northern neighbor but sadly the new cases of leprosy have tripled in the last 6 years. YET leprosy is a curable disease. What went wrong and what can we do about it together?
The afternoon tea will be held at the St Peter and Emmaus Church, 56 Green St, Joondanna from 2.30 – 4.30 pm. A $5 donation is asked to cover the costs.
See Ailsa for further details or to arrange transport.
